Bligh founded Workplace Services Australia, eight years ago, With a prior 10 years of workplace experience he has worked at the coal face with a variety of public and private sector clients on the development and implementation of their workplace strategy, change management challenges and delivery of their preferred workplace design. In 2015 WSA set up a document management and digitisation division to assist clients with the challenges they had for both on-site and off-site document storage plus new electronic workflows and health checks on their electronic document management systems.
Director of Group Operations and Finance
John has over thirty years experience in the commercial real estate markets in Australia. He overseas the daily operations and finance division at WSA and is still actively involved in the day to day planning and delivery of projects in all parts of the business.
Digitisation Hub Manager
Elvie has been actively involved in the activities at WSA since it was started eight years ago. Initially in the Workplace Strategy Change team, the Change in Facilities Management Services and then in the last two years, assisting clients with their digitisation change challenges, Elvie has helped clients in their transition into new ways of working.
Director of Legal, Compliance & Procurement
Sam joined WSA in 2019 to assist in the organisations growth to have a presence in every capital city across Australia. With over twenty years experience in the financial services, commercial property transactional, contract review and execution, alternative dispute resolution, compliance and procurement experience, Sam co-ordinates a variety of activities for the WSA Group as it continues to grow across Australia.
Workplace Services & Facilities Management
Adam joined WSA in 2020 after many years in ground operations in the aviation industry and site services management in major civic facilities such as Cairns International Airport. With extensive experience in the management of various stakeholders from guests, tenants, third party vendors such as security guards, preventative maintenance trades and capital works projects teams, Adam joins the WSA team with extensive facilities management and stakeholder management experience.
Workplace Projects Lead
Malainie has been working in the Facilities Management and Workplace Services space for over fifteen years. Commencing her career as Mailroom Supervisor, working on a variety of large workplace relocations, plus various fitout projects valued between $20,000 to $2.5 million.
Records Management Lead
Caitlin has been at WSA for over five years. Initially starting the in relocation management team, Caitlin has been actively involved in the Records Management team for the last three years. During this period of time, she has actively been working with clients on the appraisal and sentencing of documents both on-site and off-site, assisted clients with the reduction of records holdings held in both locations to reduce the re-occurring storage and real estate costs the client had to meet each year.
